Cameco Contract Update
The week of April 17-21/2023
The Bargaining Committee met with the Company representatives to discuss the Monetary items within our CBA.
Minimal progress was made. The committee is disappointed in the lack of commitment the company has made to address our proposals.
The non-monetary Language portion of the CBA has been tentatively completed on March 23/2023.
The Local union President Dallas Wuschke and the bargaining committee will host a Q&A Meeting scheduled for April 25/2023 for both day shift and night shift.
A Mass text was sent for members who would like to attend on zoom. The in-person meeting will be held In the Theater room in Key Lake and on zoom for the 7:30 pm in the union office in McArthur River.
