Your bargaining committee has been meeting with Cameco in hopes to get you a fair contract sooner then last contract. The committee has made a lot of forward progress. Unfortunately we have come to an impasse. Cameco has requested assistance from a federal mediator which they have the right to do. Your bargaining committee is committed to getting the members a fair deal. We ask for your continued patience and support. Updated will be provided as soon as we get the information.
